Registration is no longer required to use the 
On-Line Progress Report System.

Instructions:

To use the On-Line Progress Report System, you will need the following information:

* Your Student's Six Digit Student ID Number

* The Last Four Digits of your Student's Social Security Number.

To Access the On-Line Progress Report System:

From the Main Web Site (www.lexington.isd.tenet.edu), choose either the progress report icon   at the right of the page or Parent/Student Resources...Web Based Progress Reports.

Student ID

Enter the Student ID.  Please remember to enter the leading zeros.

Example:  If your student's ID is 009999, you will need to enter
009999.

Password

For a password you will need to use the last Four digits of your student’s Social Security Number.

If your student’s last Four digits of their Social Security Number start with zeroes, please leave the zeroes off.
